About the Role:

LifterTech Doors Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, determining strategic planning related to new product lines, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform data entry
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide advice about merchandise
  • Conduct sales calls
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Assist in display of merchandise
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Community college and general and vocational college (CEGEP) administration
  • Sales, distribution and marketing operations, general
  • Selling skills and sales operations
