About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Communications to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications strategies that inspire employees to drive performance and rally the team around our go-forward plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to engage employees in our Strategic Plan
  • Work with the Vice President of Internal Communications to lead internal communications during crises or significant events
  • Develop and deploy standard internal communications tools and resources to support Regional People and Culture teams
  • Oversee the management and optimization of all internal communication channels
  • Lead the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across all internal channels
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience working in corporate/internal communications or related fields with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in digital communication platforms and tools
  • Experience with communications data analytics and performance measurement tools
