Job Title: Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at El Aventurero Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's culinary vision.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
