Job Title: Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at El Aventurero Restaurant Ltd. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, including training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
