About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security-related role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel and flexibility. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 35 hours per week.
