B.C. LTD. is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation and service.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean the kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all staff and customers.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages and industry standards.
