Job Summary
AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for working closely with development and platform leadership teams to provide the right inputs for development and testing, clarify requirements as development progresses, and remove impediments. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of projects through the development lifecycle, making sure deliverables are correct and tested properly, documenting issues/bugs/fixes and technical debt, and creating a plan to address them. Additionally, you will be working closely with leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand strategy and document/refine business requirements, assisting with building, maintaining, and documenting the company's product roadmap, including generating new ideas that enhance the user experience for all constituencies, reporting and ensuring visibility for senior management, and participating in various documentation efforts (user training, process, KB, etc).

Responsibilities
Working closely with day-to-day with the development and platform leadership teams to provide the right inputs for development and testing, clarify requirements as development progresses, and remove impediments
Monitoring the progress of projects through the development lifecycle, making sure deliverables are correct and tested properly
Documenting issues/bugs/fixes and technical debt, and creating a plan to address them
Working closely with leaders, executives, and stakeholders to understand strategy and document/refine business requirements
Assisting with building, maintaining, and documenting the company's product roadmap, including generating new ideas that enhance the user experience for all constituencies
Reporting and ensuring visibility for senior management
Participating in various documentation efforts (user training, process, KB, etc)

Requirements
Previous work experience working in a Product Management or Business Analyst Role in a product-focused Agile software development environment
Prior development or QA experience with functional/end-to-end testing
Experience uncovering, formulating, and documenting business requirements for complex systems
Experience creating and monitoring product roadmaps, ensuring impeccable documentation through all phases
Experience documenting issues, bugs, fixes, technical debt, and creating plans to stay balanced and on track
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related
Experience using Jira
Experience working in a PHP/Laravel Environment
Experience with vendor management
Experience with Kanban
Certified Scrum Product Owner
