Job Title: Wholesale Buyer

We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Buyer to join our team at LOVELY PAO MANUFACTURING CORP.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Buyer will be responsible for purchasing merchandise for resale, negotiating prices and discounts with suppliers, and maintaining adequate stock levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels by analyzing sales data and making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets the company's quality and pricing standards.
  • Visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay informed about new products and trends.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
