Job Summary

Paladin Security Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Patrols: Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to prevent and respond to incidents.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Site Security: Ensure that all areas of the site are secure and that no unauthorized individuals are present.
  • Communication: Liaise with Paladin Security and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing safety concerns are addressed.
  • Assistance: Assist boaters and other individuals as needed.
  • Enforcement: Enforce parking regulations and ensure compliance with site rules.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift reports and investigate routine incidents.
Requirements
  • Security License: Valid Security License for Ontario.
  • First Aid and CPR: Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C certification from a WSIB-approved vendor.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand for up to 8-12 hours per shift and complete extensive patrolling of the site.
  • Communication: English communication (oral and written) required.
  • Certifications: Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB).
