Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms according to infection control protocols.
- Providing clinical chairside assistance, including knowledge of instrumentation.
- Establishing strong relationships with patients while maintaining professional ethics.
- Maintaining sterilization rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting rooms according to standards.
- Controlling inventory, ordering materials, and receiving orders.
Experience & Skills Required
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A Certified Dental Assistant Level II certification.
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
- A minimum one year of experience in a similar role, with new graduates also welcome to apply.
- HARP certification.
- CPR certification.
- IPAC certification is an asset but not required.
- WHIMS certification is an asset but not required.
With a competitive salary range of $20-$27 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care. Our flexible schedule includes day shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed.
