Job Title: Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at BSG Infotech Solutions. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, such as quality assurance or control.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, Microsoft Visio, and business diagram software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and training sessions.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
