We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Services Coordinator to join our team at Health Careers in Sask.

The ideal candidate will have a Primary Care Paramedic diploma and hold current certifications such as International Trauma Life Support and Class 4 driver's license. A valid Class 4 driver's license is mandatory for this role.

This full-time position involves coordinating medical services, ensuring that ambulances are ready for responses, and maintaining accurate patient documentation. The successful candidate will work independently, be adaptable to changing conditions, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

- Coordinating medical services to ensure efficient response times

- Maintaining ambulances and equipment to ensure readiness for emergency situations

- Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently

- Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring adherence to provincial ambulance licensing requirements

- Conducting deep cleans and inventory tasks for ambulances

- Participating in continuing education to enhance professional development

- Maintaining a positive workplace climate by functioning as a leader and team member

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,115, based on the Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician ($29.91-$36.57 per hour) and working 28 shifts of 8 hours per 8 weeks. This estimate may vary depending on individual circumstances.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel within the region and provincially. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to change to meet the demands of the job.
