At Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House – St Thomas, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our breakfast house. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Hire and train food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
