Job Title:
Product Director – Digital

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Bilingualism: French & English

Your Role:
As a Product Director, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects and contributing to the achievement of the solutions development roadmap. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transposing project requirements into functional deliverables
• Building and managing the product backlog to achieve business vision
• Prioritizing the MVP (minimum viable product) for the delivery team based on business value
• Accompanying and supporting adaptation to changes, obtaining support from others and managing resistance to change
• Continuously making improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience and meet current and future needs

Your Team:
You will be part of a team of 13 colleagues, comprising digital business analysts and digital product owners, working in an agile delivery mode.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner, ideally in a financial services industry
• Ability to work in Agile mode, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation
• Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.)
• Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools
