About Us

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Expert to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of IT security and work with a talented team of professionals.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our corporate clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues over the phone, email, and online chat, as well as escalating complex issues to our development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good customer etiquette and ability to manage high-profile customers under pressure
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows Server issues using built-in Windows applications
  • Good understanding of basic networking protocols
  • Fluency in English and French (any other language is a plus)
  • Quick learner and self-starter

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge/experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
  • Previous experience in network/system administration
  • Deep understanding of the Windows Server operating system
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft VSS
