Restaurant Manager Job Description

Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, and Microsoft Office applications.
