Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Devonian Hotel & Suites.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and making beds.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Ensure that all areas are clean and disinfected, including kitchens, bathrooms, and public spaces.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
