Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Devonian Hotel & Suites.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all rooms are clean and tidy, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
