We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients, including patient counseling, medication monitoring, and education.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and be eligible for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists. Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are an asset.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- A graduate degree in pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
