Job Summary

Ava Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our pastry department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and leading a team of skilled bakers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Plan and coordinate the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for baking.
