Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper Coordinator to join our team at Stargate Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation systems and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and train workers in duties and policies.
  • Logistics Operations: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliable, and a team player.
