Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to oversee large-scale hardscape projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing lead hands/technicians, interpreting and implementing construction blueprints and designs, and ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee large-scale hardscape projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Coach, lead, and develop lead hands/technicians to achieve exceptional results.
  3. Interpret and implement construction blueprints and designs, utilizing technology to track crew performance and project time.
  4. Direct the excavation and site preparation process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Interact with clients professionally, prioritizing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  6. Take initiative to ensure timely and efficient project completion, identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise.
Requirements
  1. Previous leadership experience in the landscape construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
  3. Demonstrated professionalism and competence in client interactions, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  4. Experience with GPS survey equipment and heavy equipment, with a strong understanding of construction technology.
