Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale hardscape projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee large-scale hardscape projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, lead, and develop lead hands/technicians to achieve exceptional results.
  • Design Implementation: Interpret and implement construction blueprints and designs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Site Preparation: Direct the excavation and site preparation process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Performance Tracking: Use technology to track crew performance and project time, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Client Relations: Interact with clients professionally, prioritizing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in the landscape construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and competence in client interactions, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with GPS survey equipment and heavy equipment is an asset.
