Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
