Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist our cleaning staff with their duties as needed, ensuring that all areas of the motel are clean and tidy.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our housekeeping team is adequately staffed and that all tasks are completed on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
