Job Title: Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at PAYLESS ROOFING INC. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs. They will also supervise and instruct apprentices, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices in roofing techniques and safety procedures
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications for roofing projects
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety. They will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding environments, with regular overtime required.
