- Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success and minimize potential losses.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Contract Administration: Administer project contracts, including change orders, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor relationships, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and payment processing.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities, with exposure to projects of moderate scope.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project controls software.
This is a project site-based position, requiring frequent travel to project locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision, and will be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
