About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support our clients' business needs. Your expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and data visualization will be critical in helping us deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams and design tables with perfect referential integrity and semantic accuracy
- Write relational database queries; demonstrate a remarkable ability to fetch data from multiple tables
- Perform data integration and ETL functions that effectively prepare data for presentation and reporting
- Update and maintain the existing data warehouse, data lake, or big data storage system
- Ensure compliance of the stored data against the data quality dimensions
- Use visualization tools and build insightful dashboards that reflect business processes
- Migrate existing on-premises workloads (SSIS packages) to Azure Data Factory (ADF)
