Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers and pros, while protecting the Thumbtack brand. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Trust and Safety Manager.
About the Role
As a Trust and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your team in efficiently assessing and addressing trust and safety concerns. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated reports from customers and pros, while ensuring a safe and high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective trust and safety processes and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of strategies to improve the customer experience and enhance the Thumbtack vision.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in trust and safety matters, providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in leading Trust and Safety teams (2-4 years).
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
