Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging customer programs that showcase Resolver's product roadmap and new features.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to create compelling customer stories and case studies
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of customer marketing programs, including webinars, events, and email campaigns
