Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks; work independently with attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs); bending, crouching, kneeling; physically demanding work.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset; willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
