About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a smooth operation of the guest services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the registration and check-out of guests, including processing customer payments and supporting team members as necessary.
  • Support the training of team members on systems, security, and cash handling procedures, as well as service standards and tools.
  • Encourage teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments and outlets.
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, coaching, performance management, hiring, performance reviews, and training for all Guest Services team members.
  • Understand and comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and laws.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory responsibilities in a customer-facing and/or hospitality position.
  • Highly interpersonal, comfortable engaging with all guests, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate in property operating systems and MS Office.
