Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Eco House Production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit comprehensive construction project budget estimates
  • Plan, organize, and manage construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely progress and delivery
  • Establish and implement robust policies and procedures for quality control, guaranteeing exceptional standards
  • Effectively plan and manage budgets to meet project requirements and optimize resource allocation
  • Design and implement high-quality control programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance
  • Promptly prepare detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
  • Lead, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless project execution
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT for efficient project planning and management
Specialization and Skills:
  • Strong expertise in project management principles and practices
Work Environment and Conditions:
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Personal Qualities and Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration
  • Superior oral communication skills for clear and concise reporting

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This role offers a permanent position with 37 hours of work per week.
