Job Title: Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Manage and analyze client data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, with a focus on credit and cash management
