About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive and timely resolution of resident inquiries.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to current and prospective residents, handling inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the leasing process, including showing available units, securing leases, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct viewings with prospective residents, promoting Centurion's value proposition and providing related information and forms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident information, waiting lists, and property inspections.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail and ability to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices, with a strong understanding of resident needs and expectations.
