The Role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada, a leading alternative investment and asset management firm. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest occupancy while achieving market rent values portfolio wide.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Leasing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:


  • Main communication with prospects, follow up on inquiries and book showings
  • Manage prospect pipeline in Yardi Voyager
  • Assist prospect regarding questions with rental application
  • Review rental applications and submit to Leasing Manager for final approved
  • Planning and conducting  marketing events for new developments
  • Preparation of residential  annual market rent analysis for Leasing Manager review and approval
  • Create leasing and marketing materials
  • Manage rental listing websites (Rent Café/Kijiji/Zumper)
  • Conduct all Move In's/Move Out's with inspections
  • Inspect and submit work orders for on notice units for turn over quotes
  • Secret shop competitors
