We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the endpoint control of PSI employees and clients across 80 tenants.

Your primary focus will be on configuring, maintaining, and monitoring Microsoft M environments. You will work closely with other teams, including IT Security, Compliance, Help Desk, and Infrastructure, to provide seamless services and expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Microsoft M group policies, Intune;
  • Configuring and managing Exchange Online services, Teams, SharePoint, etc.;
  • Managing laptops and mobile devices using Intune;
  • Managing AVD environments (Azure Virtual Desktop);
  • Ensuring security-related functions are managed effectively (MFA, conditional access, etc.).

In addition, you will be responsible for integrating SaaS systems or internal enterprise systems with M, which includes supporting new integration projects affecting the M environment, maintaining documentation of integrated applications, and designing and maintaining Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager environments.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Autopilot, Azure, EntraID, co-management with Intune, PowerShell scripting, and device management with Microsoft Intune. Experience with software deployment, client-side Office, and configuration profiles is also essential. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are necessary for this position.

This role requires a collaborative and flexible mindset, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary to update environments and support projects. As we operate in a bilingual environment, fluency in English and French is required.
