Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the commercialization of new products, ensuring product, client, pricing, legal, and marketing readiness.
  • Maximize commercial performance by establishing KPIs, creating new systems/dashboards, and capturing findings to inform compelling recommendations.
  • Oversee customized client-facing materials during the early pitch phase, applying sanctioned models and product positioning.
  • Participate in senior management and contribute to product development roadmaps, incorporating perspectives from SMEs to ensure alignment and long-term impact.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of leadership and direct industry-related experience, including client-facing roles, GTM plans, and new product launches.
  • Experience in product commercialization and/or development, marketing in tech or B2B, business development/sales, cross-functional leadership, change management, loyalty, ancillary revenue, or global experience.
  • Results-driven focus on financial goals without compromising quality.
  • BA (Business/Marketing/Commerce), MBA, or equivalent work experience.
