Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Commercial Planning to join our team at Bank of Montreal. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial planning strategy to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a commercial planning framework to optimize business performance and drive growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and stakeholders on commercial planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and lead a team of commercial planning professionals to ensure effective execution of commercial planning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the commercial planning strategy remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial planning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform commercial planning decisions.
