Job Summary:

The Store Associate role at Canadian Tire is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment to provide friendly and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Recommend related products to customers to ensure they leave with everything they need.
- Execute retail tasks efficiently, including stocking, labeling, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Perform inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

- No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a cash register (asset).
