MUFG Investor Services is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Private Equity team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of fund accountants, mentoring and supporting them through training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of fund accountants and provide guidance on fund accounting services.
  • Review and prepare fund accounting documents, including NAV reviews and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fund documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Review and prepare audited financial statements and other regulatory services.

Requirements

  • University degree or professional designation (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CMA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fund administration role, with at least 2 years in a Private Equity role.
  • Experience working on Private Equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
