Greenhouse Horticulturist

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team at Sipkens Nurseries. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops, including ferns, native plants, perennials, bedding plants, and seasonal plants.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including equipment and tools.
- Harvest and transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings.
- Weed and prune plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Pot and re-pot plants as needed.
- Assist with greenhouse operations, including monitoring temperature and humidity levels.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination essential.
- Will train on the job.
