Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all areas of housekeeping operations, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform tasks such as replenishing amenities, restocking linens, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely with hazardous and caustic chemicals.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
