E-Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Store Manager to join our team at PartSource. As an E-Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store provides an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Coach and develop sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
