E-Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Store Manager to join our team at PartSource. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store operations excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement visual merchandising standards, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
