Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Markline Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews, dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Communication and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, and maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Assist with maintenance of communications equipment, and follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: Will train
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
