About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our growing dynamic team. As a leader in loan monitoring, you will provide strategic direction, embed purpose, values, and vision, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in preparing, reviewing, and assuring Loan Monitoring reports.
- Develop and analyze pro forma budgets to ensure compliance with contractual and schedule requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis on construction market conditions.
- Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Lead proposals for new work or variations for existing commissions.
Requirements:
- + 6 years of relevant experience in loan monitoring and a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Recognized university degree.
- Certification in relevant professional organizations (PQS/MRICS).
- Valid drivers license.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Turner & Townsend offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
