Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJPS Foods Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
