Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Copper Branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our food service department, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate arrangements for food and other supplies.
- 2+ years of experience in a food service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic security clearance.
- A competitive hourly rate of $28.50.
- A full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
