Job Title: Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our team. As a key member of our statistical programming team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of statistical programming standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of statistical programming standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior statistical programmers and biostatisticians.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming with other clinical trial functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • M.Sc., M.A. or higher degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 9 years' experience in clinical trial data processing and manipulation, statistical programming, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to effectively plan, control, and carry out tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
